Ingredients
- 200g FAGE Total
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 – 4 tbsp tahini
- 1 -2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped
- parsley
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 5 minutes
- 4 Persons
Mix together the shallots, FAGE Total yoghurt, tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice and parsley.
Taste and season.
Add more lemon juice to taste.
Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Serve with warm flatbreads.
