- 4 large ripe avocados, pitted and diced
- 2-3 tablespoon fresh lime juice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 140g FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%
- 75g thinly sliced cherry tomatoes
- 30g diced red onion
- 15g finely chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- Tortilla chips, for serving
- In a medium bowl, toss avocado, lime juice, and salt, and lightly smash with a fork.
- Stir in FAGE Total, tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, and jalapeño until combined.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
