INGREDIENTS – 20 cookies approx.
125 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
250 g flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g butter, melted
50 g brown sugar
100 g chocolate chips
1 egg, beaten
1. Sift the flour and baking soda in a bowl. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Add the beaten egg, the FAGE Total yoghurt and the melted butter: mix all of the ingredients together. Add the chocolate chips, always working the dough quickly.
3. Form balls of dough and flatten them on a tray covered with baking paper.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 11 minutes.
