- 570g FAGE Total Yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Icing sugar
- 10 Strawberries, sliced
- 3 tbsp Strawberry jam
- 10-15 Sponge fingers, crushed
- 4 dark chocolate pieces, grated
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the FAGE Total yoghurt with the icing sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberries and the strawberry jam.
- Sprinkle a layer of crushed sponge fingers into the bottom of each of 4 tall glasses, then add a layer of the yoghurt and icing sugar mixture, followed by a few spoonfuls of the strawberries and jam mixture.
- Repeat layering until the glasses are full. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate.
- Refrigerate for about one hour, then serve.
