Yoghurt Guacamole

Ingredients

    4 large ripe avocados, pitted and diced

    2-3 tablespoon fresh lime juice, to taste

    1 teaspoon fine sea salt

    140g FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2% or FAGE Total 0%

    75g thinly sliced cherry tomatoes

    30g diced red onion

    15g finely chopped cilantro

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

    Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions



  1. In a medium bowl, toss avocado, lime juice, and salt, and lightly smash with a fork.
  2. Stir in FAGE Total, tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, and jalapeño until combined.
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
