Strawberry Trifle


    570g FAGE Total Yoghurt

    4 tbsp Icing sugar

    10 Strawberries, sliced

    3 tbsp Strawberry jam

    10-15 Sponge fingers, crushed

    4 dark chocolate pieces, grated

  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the FAGE Total yoghurt with the icing sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberries and the strawberry jam.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of crushed sponge fingers into the bottom of each of 4 tall glasses, then add a layer of the yoghurt and icing sugar mixture, followed by a few spoonfuls of the strawberries and jam mixture.
  4. Repeat layering until the glasses are full. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for about one hour, then serve.
