Soy and Mango Pannacotta
– 1L Soy Drink (Milk) – FRIAS™
– 5 gelatin leaves.
– 1 mango
– tender mint leaves
- Hydrate gelatin in water for 10 minutes,
- Peel and cut the mango into small pieces,
- Heat the soy beverage without boiling it,
- Add the drained gelatin and stir well,
- Put the chopped mango in the glasses and add the mixture on top,
- Let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours,
- Before serving, place a few extra pieces of mango on top and a soft mint leaf.
