Soy and Mango Pannacotta


Ingredients

    – 1L Soy Drink (Milk) – FRIAS™
    – 5 gelatin leaves.
    – 1 mango
    – tender mint leaves

Instructions


  •    10 minutes
  •   4 Persons

  • Hydrate gelatin in water for 10 minutes,
  • Peel and cut the mango into small pieces,
  • Heat the soy beverage without boiling it,
  • Add the drained gelatin and stir well,
  • Put the chopped mango in the glasses and add the mixture on top,
  • Let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours,
  • Before serving, place a few extra pieces of mango on top and a soft mint leaf.
