Protein balls


    200 g FAGE Total yogurt
    120 g peanut butter
    200 g oats (ground)
    50 g coconut flour
    15 g honey
    20 g cocoa powder
    1 vanilla pod
    1 pinch of salt


  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and then add the FAGE Total Yogurt, honey and peanut butter.
    After you cut the pod crosswise, add the vanilla.
  2. Knead the mixture with your hands.
    When all the ingredients are well mixed, you can take an ice cream spoon to help you form the balls.
    Otherwise, use a regular spoon and shape the mixture into balls with your hands.
  3. Let sit in the refrigerator for half an hour before eating.
    Store the remaining protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze them.
