Protein balls
Ingredients
200 g FAGE Total yogurt
120 g peanut butter
200 g oats (ground)
50 g coconut flour
15 g honey
20 g cocoa powder
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and then add the FAGE Total Yogurt, honey and peanut butter.
After you cut the pod crosswise, add the vanilla. - Knead the mixture with your hands.
When all the ingredients are well mixed, you can take an ice cream spoon to help you form the balls.
Otherwise, use a regular spoon and shape the mixture into balls with your hands. - Let sit in the refrigerator for half an hour before eating.
Store the remaining protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze them.
