Buffalo Cauliflower Bites With Yogurt Dips

4 cups cauliflower florets
½ cup grated Parmesan
½ cup chopped almonds

Put a protein-packed spin on an all-time favorite snack: Buffalo Cauliflower Bites! With two Greek yogurt dips to choose – ranch and green goddess – this recipe is super versatile for any occasion.
- For the bites, preheat oven to 230°C.
In a bowl, mix together FAGE Total Greek yogurt and hot sauce. Add cauliflower and toss well to coat. In another bowl, mix together Parmesan and almonds. Roll each piece of cauliflower into the cheese mixture and place on a foil-lined baking pan. Bake until cheese is golden, about 15 minutes.
- For the ranch yogurt dip, combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- For the green goddess yogurt dip, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of water at a time and blend to reach desired consistency.
