Healthy Avocado and Yoghurt Hummus


    For Hummus:
    2 avocados, pitted and diced
    One (420g) can chickpeas, drained
    140g FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
    60ml olive oil
    15g chopped fresh cilantro
    3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
    ½ teaspoon cumin
    1 garlic clove

    To Serve:
    Pita wedges
    Carrot sticks
    Cucumber rounds
    Red radishes
    Belgian endive leaves



  1. In a food processor or blender, combine avocados, chickpeas, FAGE Total, oil, cilantro, lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic and process or blend until smooth.
  2. To Serve: Serve with pita, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, and endive.
  3. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container up to 5 days.
