Healthy Avocado and Yoghurt Hummus
2 avocados, pitted and diced
One (420g) can chickpeas, drained
140g FAGE Total, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
60ml olive oil
15g chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon cumin
1 garlic clove
Belgian endive leaves
- In a food processor or blender, combine avocados, chickpeas, FAGE Total, oil, cilantro, lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic and process or blend until smooth.
- To Serve: Serve with pita, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, and endive.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container up to 5 days.
