Salted butter caramel, made with French butter, cream and sugar, fills these golden crêpes from Brittany. The batter combines French wheat flour, fresh milk, free-range eggs and butter, and the crêpes are cooked on traditional cast-iron plates.

Tender and rich in flavour, they are served at room temperature or slightly warmed, for breakfast, dessert or a sweet break.

Crêpe (80%): wheat flour (26%), fresh pasteurised milk (19%), sugar, pasteurised whole eggs** (13%), fresh butter (4.5%), dextrose, salt.
Filling (20%): salted butter caramel (18%) (sugar, glucose syrup, salted butter (2.9%), cream, water), pastry butter.
**Free-range eggs.
