Traditional Breton crêpes from Finistère, made every day and cooked on cast-iron plates. Each is filled with golden cane sugar and butter, and the batter uses French wheat flour milled in Brittany, fresh milk and Paysan Breton butter.

Serve them at room temperature or warm them gently for extra softness, at breakfast, for dessert or as a sweet snack.
