Old Amsterdam Original is the benchmark for aged Gouda: a matured Dutch cheese from Westland Kaasspecialiteiten, made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Firm and deep amber, it has a full, rounded flavour and crunchy crystals.

The 210 g piece is sized for the cheese board, sandwiches and gratins, or for serving with a glass of red wine.
