Oat Drink
With 14% oats and a short ingredient list (water, oats, calcium, vitamin D, salt and gellan gum as a stabiliser), this Frias oat drink is lactose-free and low in fat.
Pour it over muesli, use it in coffee and smoothies, or cook with it as a plant-based alternative to milk. Frias, based in Burgos, Spain, started out as a dairy in 1919.
Ingredients
Water, oats (14%), calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, vitamin D (ergocalciferol), salt and stabiliser (gellan gum).
