Marie Morin Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Praline Moelleux – 100 g

Dark chocolate meets French hazelnut praline in this Marie Morin moelleux. The couverture chocolate is made with 100% cocoa butter, and the batter uses free-range eggs, French crème fraîche, salted butter and wheat flour from Brittany, with no artificial flavours or preservatives.

Soft and homemade in style, it reveals a melting centre once warmed: remove the cardboard and lid, then heat for 20–30 seconds at 800 W. Serve warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream or crème anglaise.
