Ta Tung Hakao with Shrimps

Hakao (har gow) are dim sum filled with prawns (30%) and bamboo shoots, wrapped in a fine dough of wheat and tapioca starch. Ta Tung makes them by hand from natural ingredients, to chef Kav Ly’s recipes.

Soy sauce and bamboo chopsticks come in the pack, which makes them an easy hot snack for food counters and takeaways.
