Asian Gyozas filled with fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrots, leeks, onions).
Ingredients
Gyozas (154g): Stuffing (55%): cabbage, chicken (38%), leek, soy protein, potato starch, oils (soybean oil and sesame oil), acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetates), natural flavouring, salt, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat flour, salt, preservatives (potassium sorbate), colouring (natural caramel)), ground black pepper and ginger. Dough (45%): wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt.

In the pan: Add a little oil and place the gyozas. Cover and turn down the heat until the base of the gyozas is golden brown.
Steaming: Place in a steamer and cook for 7 minutes
Microwaving: Remove the foil from the sauce side only and remove it, the sauce bag and the chopsticks. Leave the wrapped ravioli and heat on full power for 1.5 minutes.
