Ta Tung Gyoza with Vegetables – 144 g

Handmade to chef Kav Ly’s recipes, these Ta Tung gyoza are filled with cabbage, leek and soy protein, seasoned with sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and black pepper, and wrapped in a wheat-flour dough.

They are ready in a few minutes in the pan, the steamer or the microwave, and each pack includes a sauce sachet and chopsticks. Ta Tung has been making Asian specialities since 1980 and has received several awards.

Ingredients

Gyozas (144g): Stuffing (55%): cabbage, , leek, soy protein, potato starch, oils (soybean oil and sesame oil), acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium acetates), natural flavouring, salt, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat flour, salt, preservatives (potassium sorbate), colouring (natural caramel)), ground black pepper and ginger. Dough (45%): wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt.
