120 g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
60 ml lemon juice
40 g maple syrup
100 g flour
16 g baking powder (= 1 sachet)
1 vanilla bean pod
20 g maple syrup
- In a medium-sized bowl, break the eggs and pour in the yoghurt, lemon juice, maple syrup and after cutting the bean pods crosswise, the vanilla. Then add the flour and baking powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture is uniform.
- Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter and place in the microwave for 2 minutes at 1000W.
- To serve, turn the cake upside down onto a small plate and garnish with more maple syrup as desired.
