This Valencian cava is born from the conjunction of the best organic grapes from Requena and the patience and quietness of its aging in our winery. It has remained more than 12 months at 15ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble. Seeking maximum respect for the product, it is presented as Brut Nature, that is, without the addition of sugar that masks its naturally acquired virtues.


This cava is ideal to enjoy throughout the meal. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate. Being especially indicated for baked fish and meats.
