
Xiaolongbao (SIA LONG PAO)
Xiaolongbao are small dough bags stuffed with meat and broth.
They belong to the guangtangbao type, a type of broth-filled ravioli. It is a type of baozi / ravioli originating from eastern China, largely from the Shanghai and Jiangsu region.
These ravioli are made from a variety of meat and broth filled dough.
These ravioli are traditionally steamed in bamboo baskets, also called bamboo ovens.
